- Enhance friction: Anti loosening gaskets can increase the friction between nuts, bolts, and the connected parts. Like toothed anti loosening gaskets, their toothed structure can be embedded into the surface of the connecting parts, generating significant friction and preventing the nut from rotating due to external forces such as vibration.
-Provide elastic compensation: When the connecting components experience size changes or stress relaxation due to temperature changes, mechanical vibrations, etc., anti loosening washers such as spring washers can compensate through elastic deformation, always maintaining pressure on the connecting components and ensuring a tight connection.
-Realize mechanical locking: Some anti loosening gaskets have special structures for mechanical locking, such as open-ended pin type anti loosening gaskets. The open-ended pin passes through the holes of the bolt and nut and unfolds, directly restricting the rotation of the nut and effectively preventing loosening.
